The windows at the front of the school

In the spring of 2025, visiting artist Mark Menjívar returned to develop a photography project with 6th grade and high school students. 

Our research took us down to the Touchet River, which flows through our campus. We investigated the river’s sediment through microscopes, loupes, cameras, and performance. Our research resulted in a series of clear vinyl photographs mounted on windows that line a hallway at the front of the school.
